Brisbane City Council is growing your Brisbane lifestyle with the Lord Mayor’s Community Sustainability and Environmental Grants Program, supporting local community groups, non-profit organisations, and registered native wildlife carers.
Applications for the two grants listed below are now open and will close on Monday, 29 August 2022.
Native Wildlife Carer Grants: Native wildlife carer organisations and registered individuals can apply for grants from $500 to $5000 for the rescue and rehabilitation of orphaned, sick, and injured native wildlife originating from within the Brisbane Local Government Area.
Cultivating Community Gardens Grants: Community groups can apply for grants between $1000 and $2500 to establish, develop and maintain community gardens on Council-owned and other land.
