Wild Peace Outdoor Yoga Classes, Chair assisted Yoga Classes and Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga Classes are all fundamentally based in self compassion and gritty self care. It’s not about the ego of the pose but the experience of the movement, the stillness, the inhale, the exhale... all leading to a deeper sense of connection with yourself and being in the present moment.
Classes are held outdoors in the beautiful tree lined parks of The Gap as well as via zoom (in the comfort of your own home)
