At the Gap Ward Office we have community marquees available for free hire. Sizes available: two marquess size: 6x3m and four marquees size: 3x3m. 

The Gap Ward marquees have been a hit at many community festivals and fetes, ward wide. Providing shade from the sun or rain they’re a great way to know you’re covered for your event (literally)!

If you are a community organisation or are running a community event and can benefit from borrowing the marquees, please do not hesitate to contact the Gap Ward office to make arrangements. The booking system is first in best dressed, i.e. the sooner you contact the office with the date of your event, the higher the chance that marquees will be available and yours to use so don’t miss out.
